Chiang Rai → Ban Tha Ton

Arrive in Chiang Rai by air and enjoy a scenic one-hour transfer to Mae Kok River Village Resort in Ban Tha Ton. Located on the banks of the Kok River, the resort sits at the northern end of the fertile Fang Valley.

Relax around the resort, enjoy a swim, and spend the evening at a BBQ dinner and campfire hosted by the resort management.

Adventure, Golf or Rafting

After breakfast choose one of the following activities:

Option 1: Full-day trek through forests and waterfalls with a return route through different terrain.

Option 2: 18 holes of golf at Waterford Valley Golf Course (green fees included).

Option 3: Half-day rafting trip from the resort to Ban Pha Tai Black Lahu Village with optional canoe use.

Village Visits, Cycling or Cooking

After breakfast choose from the following activities:

Option 1: Mountain bike ride through the surrounding countryside and farmland.

Option 2: Vehicle excursion to a rare Palong village and an equally rare Shaleh Lahu village.

Option 3: Thai cooking lessons where you learn to prepare three popular Thai dishes.

After lunch (at guest expense), depart Ban Tha Ton by minibus at 14:00 hrs for Chiang Mai. Arriving around 17:30 hrs, enjoy free time at the Night Bazaar or Galare Food Centre before transferring to the airport for a late evening flight to Bangkok.
